Return
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we regrettably do not accept returns on earrings, nor do we accept any made to order pieces back. Thanks for understanding.
The return items should be marked with ‘Return’ on the outside of the packing, at your risk and cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchange:
If you receive a damaged item, and want to exchange it for the same item, please send the proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item to us by email within 48 hours of receiving the item.
When return is confirmed, please send back the damaged item to the return address. New item will ship as soon as we receive and confirm the damaged item.
